Though it may seem like it, I didn't forget, or get too busy or give up. I got shutdown.
The owner of the lab decided that I am simply giving away too much information that should go to our lab customers. You know, he's right. It is one thing to hand out some basic framework for a given topic, but to do what would have been part three and four of the series was way too much. Letters, forms, mailer cards and marketing books
I have rolled all that stuff up and have been working very hard to roll this into our private support portal available to our customers. That is another thing that the owner and I would reach agreement on and then stop due to a dispute for this reason or that. No more discussions. I will continue to post informative articles here as well. Not everything is a top secret and everyone that is looking for help deserves to get it. I'll simply have to temper the amount of help that I can give.
