Not being a wedding photographer for long I was never really a student of Monte Zucker. For the short 2 years that I did weddings I did read everything from Monte that I could and I very much admired and respected his enthusiasm for what he did. It always seemed to me that he had this way with people like no other could. When I moved on from wedding photography shortly after graduation I also moved on from Monte but I always respected him as one of the greatest. I always will.
Monte passed away last night. The world lost a great one.
